Where Is My Order?
Hey Queen! Thanks for stopping by. We created this page so that we could keep you all up to date with order production and fulfillment, particularly in light of Covid-19.
Here are the key things to note:
After placing an order, you will receive an email with an order number and a list of the items that you ordered. Be sure that you review it carefully to ensure that all of your shipping information is correct, your order is accurate and the quantities are as expected. If you notice a problem, please contact us QUICKLY to ensure that we can get it resolved in your favor. All order updates need to be made within 6 hours of ordering. Once an order has been processed, it will be too late to make any changes to your order. Use the email address email@example.com for order updates.
In addition, we LOVE Amazon and how quickly we are able to receive orders once they are placed. Rest assured, we fulfill and ship your orders as quickly as we humanly can, however, we are NOT Amazon. If you place an order today and email us tomorrow asking "Has my order shipped?", it likely hasn't.
The reality is we are a small, black-owned business that is run by a mom and daughter team. During busy periods we do enlist the assistance of other support staff who absolutely make the process faster. Sometimes depending on what you order AND what is in stock, your shipment may dispatch the very next day or within a couple of days. But as a rule of thumb, we ask that you allow up to 14 business days to receive your complete order. This will allow room for products that are back-ordered, out of stock, etc. Most of our items are print on demand, which means they are made to order. This includes apparel, jewelry, mugs, etc. These items require 7-14 business days to be processed and shipped. But sometimes due to circumstances out of our control, the times could be a little bit longer.
And lastly, if you order multiple items you may receive multiple shipments as all of our items don't dispatch from the same location. Rest assured, however, that everything we ship departs from the US and not China...but it might just arrive at different times in different packages. So, if you don't have a complete order initially, just be patient...it's coming.
